How do I know my Pork is Australian?

It’s important when choosing your ham, bacon, smallgoods or even some ‘ready meals’ to check the label to make sure it’s made from pork produced in Australia.
By choosing ham and bacon made using Australian pork, you’re supporting our farmers. You’re also buying products made that come fresh from Australian farms and meet Australia’s production standards.

There are two ways to identify if the ham and bacon you are buying is made from Australian pork.
– Look for the PorkMark (the pink Australian Pork Consumer mark logo) on the ham and bacon packs.
– Look for the Country of Origin Labelling
